PSPTB TRAINING AT MBEYA CAMPUS

The Procurement and Supplies Professionals and Technicians Board (PSPTB) conducted a training workshop for students specializing in procurement and supplies at the College of Business Education (CBE) Mbeya Campus. The training, which took place at the at the College of Business Education (CBE), Mbeya Campus today April 25, 2024, aimed to enhance students' understanding of various opportunities available in that specialization. Students also had the opportunity to learn about the future prospects and new programs expected to be offered by the Board.

Among the topics covered in the training were:
1. Functions of the Board (PSPTB).
2. Professional Examinations and it's important to professionalism
3. Professional membership registration
4. Professional code of ethics and conduct.
5. Professional carrier development.
6. Love to profession and creating professional network.

After presentations from various experts from the Board, students had the chance to ask questions and provide feedback regarding the procurement and supplies specialization. After expressing her sincere gratitude to the professionals from the Board, the Head of the Procurement and Supplies Department at CBE, Ms. Atupakisye Mwakolo, encouraged the students to continue putting effort into their studies as the field holds great promise in the future.
